1. Do you do Meet and Greet service?

For all Airport Pickups, meet and greet service is included in the price. Our taxi drivers will wait in the designated area in the arrivals hall with a name board. Information about the driver/vehicle will be sent to you before the journey for accessible communication.

Local waiting time to be 10 minutes. For Airport pickups, we offer 30 minutes of free waiting time. After the free waiting time, we charge an extra fee for additional waiting time according to the actual pickup time – this fee depends on the booking class, as explained in our Terms and Conditions. Additional parking fee will be charged accordingly – this depends on the airport and actual parking charge = everything above £5.

There is a small charge for processing the payment to our customers for unexpected situations where a journey needs to be cancelled (as long as this is done 24 hours in advance of the requested pick-up time).

We understand that sometimes the unpredictable happens, and for unforeseen reasons, you simply can’t make it. If you would like to cancel your booking with us, you can do this by emailing us with your booking reference and reason for cancellation.

Alternatively, you can call our operating centre or simply cancel the booking using the customer app.

Pre-paid bookings will be refunded in a maximum of 5 working days from the moment of cancellation.

If a booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time by the customer, there will be a cancellation fee applied, which depends on the time we were informed.

More than 24 hours before pick-up time = 5% charge applied / 95% refund. Between 24 and 3 hours before pick-up time = 30% of the journey price.

Between 3 hours and up to the pick-up time = 50% of the journey price Once the journey has commenced (driver on the way), or If you double booked with a different company but failed to inform or cancel the trip with us, or If you have booked a journey with us, but did not turn up, we will require 100% of journey price.

We strongly suggest paying for the journey 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid any charge.
